The Ascend Collective provides marketing and business-growth services, educational content, free online tools, and digital products including the online course “The Ascend Method”.

When you purchase a product such as The Ascend Method, the following applies:
- Price: Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment: Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment provider. You must provide current, complete and accurate payment details.
- Access: On successful payment, you will be granted access to the product. Access is for your personal, non-transferable use, and you must not share your login or the course materials with others.
- Licence: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own business purposes. This licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute or republish the materials.
5. Refunds and your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that law.
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately on purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind once you have accessed the materials. However, you are entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund) where a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law has not been met.
