He spent 8 years as a Senior Process Trainer, where he was also responsible for Content Development. In these roles, Albert developed extensive experience in training and development, creating educational resources, simplifying complex processes, and delivering information in a clear and engaging way.
He later transitioned into Virtual Assistance, expanding his skill set across digital operations, content creation, marketing support, and business administration. For the past 3 years, Albert has been part of Ascend Collective, supporting business owners and contributing to various areas of content, marketing, systems, and business growth.
Beyond his professional career, Albert is a passionate Trekkie, Marvel and DC fan, manga reader, and anime enthusiast. He has a particular appreciation for science fiction, fantasy, mystery, and storytelling, which reflects his natural curiosity and love for exploring new ideas and fictional worlds.
